F&A Payroll Administrator
You will be responsible for paying approximately 1200 monthly paid employees and all aspects of payroll for a minimum of 10 locations.
Duties will include calculation of overtime, shift pay, location allowance etc. and manual calculation of pay for leavers and starters.
You will be updating files with Tax, NI, Bank Accounts etc. directly inputting into the HR Information System.
Dealing with employees over the telephone, answering queries, reporting and working to tight deadlines
You will have a minimum 1 years experience as a payroll clerk
•Work well under pressure
•Have a flexible approach to work (overtime maybe required)
•Excel and Word skills required
•Security and total confidentiality a pre-requisite
