- You will work extensively in our company in a trainee program.

- You will get to know our structure, areas of work and processes.

- A degree in economics related to logistics and supply chain management

- Ideally knowledge of logistical workflows

  • Facilitates virtual meetings with customers and solution experts to address project implementation challenges and modifications and demonstrate solution functionality, solicit feedback, and address questions.
  • Maintains customer relationships to ensure solutions meet customers’ needs and expectations.
  • Documents and reports account activity (e.g., virtual customer visits and phone calls, training, etc.) to ensure account team members are informed of customer activity.
  • Documents solutions in the project management tools and logs customer calls and virtual meetings on Salesforce to report account activity and ensure account team members are informed of customer activity.
  • Conducts formal and information training (i.e., technology solutions) to ensure the sales force remains current with UPS solutions and enhancements.
  • Prepares and presents reports (e.g., trends, technology initiatives, etc.) to provide relevant and current information to the district sales staff.
  • Registers customers for products and delivers product training to ensure customers have the education and information to effectively use UPS's products.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field - Preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products or similar software - Preferred
  • Experience in Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer sales - Preferred
  • Full UK Driving License held for 2+ years
  • UK Residency
