Director of Finance
UPS Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS, is expanding in Europe and Asia and is seeking a highly qualified candidate to be the Director of Finance.
The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in leadership. The Director of Finance reports to the Europe Region Vice President with a direct line to the Vice President of Finance and Accounting in Atlanta, GA.
UPS Capital is the supply chain partner of choice that provides risk mitigation solutions for companies that trade and source globally.
UPS Capital was founded in the United States in 1998 and started to expand in Europe in 2011. We are present in 19 countries on 4 continents.
The Director of Finance oversees leading and managing all finance functions within the Europe and Asia Regions.
He/She support senior stakeholders on all business reviews, manage business plans and budgets across multiple departments/division and forecast future needs using a long-term planning process to make informed decisions that improve company performance.
A Director of Finance works closely with the senior leadership team to outline company goals and oversee the organization’s long-term financial health as we expand and grow in both regions.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensures entity accountability for overall profitability and cost results.
Follows UPS purchasing guidelines and adheres to local accounting standards.
Drive the financial business planning cycle for both the Europe and Asia Regions by analyzing performance and risks.
Present company’s financial position and acts to prevent negative impacts on earnings.
Provide stakeholders insights to market trends and leading indicators.
Support the Region’s expansion and growth objectives.
Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance monthly.
Present reports to the leadership executives.
Be innovate and support growth with new ideas or approaches.
Manages local and remote teams providing direction and leadership.
