Job Description:
Centre Clerk
Location: Weybridge
Future You is a genuine admin all-rounder. Fielding customer queries, receiving or dispatching packages, or looking after the banking – nothing will faze you. If it’s variety you’re after, you’ll love being our Centre Clerk in Weybridge and helping everything here run efficiently. What’s more, the hours for this role are completely flexible, so you’ll be able to fit your duties around all the other things in your life.
What you’ll get:
A pay rate of 13.40 per hour

What you’ll do:
Work from 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday
Handle customer queries professionally and speedily, both over the phone and face to face
Be a point of contact for various UPS departments to make sure everything comes together
Investigate and resolve any queries relating to operations at the Centre
Updating internal systems with corrections to employee hours (timecards)
Dealing with customer claims
What you’ll need:
Polite, professional confident communication skills
A flexible and friendly attitude
The ability to work in a fast-paced, time-specific and targeted environment
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Self-motivation, a well-organised approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
Any experience in a similar environment would come in handy
